A safe, welcoming therapy space for gay men, where you’ll be seen, valued and accepted just as you are.

Build deeper connections, strengthen your self-compassion, and create a life that feels more authentically you.

In-person psychology sessions in Northcote, Melbourne and online across Australia.

Therapy that meets you where you are

I first studied psychology because I believed in a future where people could access the skills, space and support to live lives that feel more contented, connected and worthy. Nearly two decades on, that belief still guides my work. In therapy with me, we explore what that future could look like for you, at a pace that feels safe and sustainable.

I work with gay men who are living with the lasting effects of trauma and disconnection. Many of the men I work with have spent their lives being the version of themselves that others needed them to be. Therapy with me is about becoming curious about how your mind, body and history adapted to survive, and creating new options for how you want to live now.

How I can support you

I offer therapy for queer men, who want support with:

- Building relationships that feel more authentic, safe and connected

- Understanding and healing trauma that still shapes your day-to-day experience

- Learning to sit with difficult emotions instead of pushing them away

- Strengthening your skills in self-expression and communication

- Navigating challenges in workplaces, friendships and families

- Exploring neurodivergence and reframing lifelong self-judgements

- Unpacking internalised homophobia and developing healthier self-worth

Whether you are struggling with a recent crisis, old patterns that won’t shift, or want to dive deeper into self-understanding, we work at a pace that feels safe and respectful.

Why choose me

I’ve spent more than a decade helping men change their relationship with shame, self-blame and painful patterns that no longer serve them. As a gay man, I bring lived experience of growing up in a world that wasn’t always accepting, as well as years of supporting neurodivergent clients. These perspectives help me create a space where your identity and story are respected, understood and taken seriously.

Sessions with me are calm, collaborative and grounded in trauma-informed practice. I draw from Schema Therapy, ACT, EMDR, CBT and other evidence-based approaches, adapting them to what feels most supportive for you. My role is not to judge or direct, but to stay curious about your experience and help build new possibilities at a pace that feels safe.

This work is never one-size-fits-all. It’s a personalised space to explore your history, understand what’s been holding you back, and start building a future that feels more authentic, connected and worthy.
