Appointments
Appointments are available both in person and online (by phone or video). In person appointments are in a consulting room up a flight of stairs, meaning that online therapy services are recommended for those with mobility issues.
Sessions are 50 minutes in duration.

The clinic is located a short walk from Dennis train station in Northcote, with ample parking on surrounding streets.
Cancellation policy
To cover our losses for any 'late cancellation' (made less than 2 business days before a scheduled appointment), we charge fees when this happens for any reason. The cancellation fee depends on the funding source for your sessions.
Detailed information on late cancellation fees is confirmed before your first session.
Book a free introductory call
Reaching out for support can feel daunting, especially if this is the first time you’re opening up about what you’ve been through or how you’re feeling. It’s completely normal to have questions or feel unsure about starting therapy.
That’s why I offer a free introductory call. It’s a chance for us to meet, talk briefly about what’s been going on for you, and give you space to ask any questions you may have. You’ll get a feel for how I work, and whether my approach feels right for you. Introductory calls are normally held over Zoom but if you don’t feel comfortable with video we can organise a phone call instead.
